Can't log in? Forgot your password? We are here to help. You can reset your password anytime by clicking on "Forgot Your Password?" on the sign in page. Just enter the email address your Hippo account is under and we will automatically send you an email to set up a new password.
If you have tried sending the reset password email and it's not coming through, make sure to check your spam folder as it sometimes ends up there. Still no luck? Try sending it again from a non-work network. Sometimes work internet connections have firewalls that get in the way of our emails going through.
