Once you've submitted payment information, you'll have full access to your subscription immediately. On the Hippo homepage, you will see a full list of all of our products - just click on the name of the product you have subscribed to in order to access all of the content.
You can access your subscription from any device with an internet connection by logging into your Hippo account. Feel free to access your account on multiple devices - computers, phones, tablets all work. As long as you have internet you can connect to Hippo from anywhere.
If you log into your Hippo account and can't access your subscription, please check that you are logged in with the correct email address.
If you are trying to access a subscription from one of our apps, make sure you have already subscribed through the website. Once you have, you'll be able to access your subscription from the app by logging in with your username and password.
