      What is your EEM Cancellation Policy?

      For EEM 2023, please note the following pre-event Covid policies:

      • Live registrations can be switched to the digital event with no cancellation fee and a refund of any price difference.
      • Any official cancellation of the live event will result in the option to switch to the digital event with no cancellation fee and a refund of any price difference OR a full refund with no cancellation fee.
      • In-person only pre-conference courses can be refunded up to 30 days before the event.
      • Please review your travel and lodging commitments to manage cancellation and refund deadlines appropriately. If you booked a hotel room through our room block, you may cancel with a full refund up to 48 hours before your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel for you. Please contact the hotel at:
