Requesting a refund

We are sorry to hear there's a problem with your Hippo order. We are able to process a refund in the following scenarios:

1. If you didn't pass an exam after using one of our board reviews: we can offer a full refund or a 1 year subscription extension. Please send us verification of your exam results and let us know which option you are interested in.

2. If you meant to cancel your RAP's auto renewal: we can process a refund and cancel your subscription.

3. If you are unhappy with your subscription: For Board Reviews and Bootcamps, we can offer a refund within the first week of purchase. Beyond the initial 1 week period, we cannot issue a refund. For RAPs, we can offer a prorated discount for the unused time remaining on your subscription.
